Description of the Holiday Villa
Private Holiday Villa for rent in Javea. For nature lovers this is a park area with many winding paths which in 15 minutes will take you to the beach. Alternatively, by car, Javea and its beaches, bars and shops is just 5 minutes away. The rear of the property overlooks much of Javea but yet is not overlooked itself, and enjoys catching the stunning evening sunsets over the mountains which separate Javea and Moraira.
The property is in a tranquil area and set in lush gardens with pine trees with a beautiful terraced pool. There are exterior stairs which lead down from the upstairs balcony to the newly refurbished 3 bedroom downstairs apartment which is fully self-contained and has its own courtyard.

Ground Floor
At the front of the villa is an open leafy naya with a selection of furniture, ideal for relaxing with a good book and a glass of wine. From here a large wooden door leads into the spacious lounge/diner. There is a stone fireplace, satellite TV, surround sound DVD system (for both music and film entertainment), comfortable sofas and a dining area.
The kitchen features rustic wooden units, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a selection of general kitchen equipment. Doors from here lead out to the upstairs balcony with its extensive views and selection of patio furniture.
